ENVIRO Adhesive Series
KN1216
KN1216 is a one part component adhesive specially formulated for fire rated doorset application. It solvent free, excellent adhesion to porous to non porous substrate. Gluing calcium silicate direct to laminate sheet, timber, plywood and MDF. Also for steel door fire door to glue steel sheet to fire core. During process of power coating, it able to withstand high temperature. Application of KN1216 is important that at least one of the surface contains moisture. The product will not cure if there is no moisture available from the substrate. (example : glass to glass or metal to metal).
KN-250
KN250 Epoxy Resin Adhesive is a multi-purpose, high strength, epoxy resin modified two-component adhesive with excellent adhesion, heat resistant, water-proof, damp-proof, good durability and weather ability. This product applied to structural bonding aluminum, rubber, plastic, leather, woodworking and etc.
KN280 Series
KN280 is a two-component epoxy modified polymer/hardener. specially for bonding aluminum honey comb to one-side laminate for interior and one-side external power coated façade sheet. Tested to BS476 Part 6 and 7, Class 0.
KN316 Series
KN316 is a one component moisture curing polyurethane, excellent to bond Metal Door / Compartment Board / Sandwich panel, porous to porous surface, porous to non-surface porous substrates.
KN301 Series
KN301 is a one-component adhesive specially formulated for Artificial turf installation. Solvent free, Eco friendly and passed FIFA EN12228 standard.
KN202 Series
KN202 is a two-component polyurethane modified polymer with hardener. Specially for adhesion of sport track PVC and rubber tiles to sport track, out door flooring.
