KN-1216

KN1216 is a one part component adhesive specially formulated for fire rated doorset application. It solvent free, excellent adhesion to porous to non porous substrate. Gluing calcium silicate direct to laminate sheet, timber, plywood and MDF. Also for steel door fire door to glue steel sheet to fire core. During process of power coating, it able to withstand high temperature. Application of KN1216 is important that at least one of the surface contains moisture. The product will not cure if there is no moisture available from the substrate. (example : glass to glass or metal to metal).
