SEALz Flex Seal are suitable for sealing gaps in elements of construction between fire resisting doors and frames, windows & adjoining walls or around services where they penetrate fire compartments and in voids within services. It has the flexible nature which allows it to be used for many applications and where a rigid strip would be impractical.

We developed various type of flex products with graphite or ammonium phosphate.

a. High pressure & high expansion ratio

b. High pressure with lower expansion ratio, pressure tested to 5N

c. Low pressure with lower expansion ratio, maintain solidity during fire.
