SEALz Fire & Smoke Seal are cold smoke seal for use in fire resisting doorset, primarily in-conjunction with an intumescent fire seal that is concealed behind the door or frame of the stiles and header, ideally suited for smoke control doorset.

The seals comprise of a silicone treated high density brush pile encased in PVC and usually rebated into the door frame to prevent the flow of cold smoke prior to the activation of intumescent materials at a higher temperature which it expands to fill the fap between door leaf and frame.
